Continuity Service Agreement 
 
Our Continuity Service Agreement (CSA) is a continuity contract that guarantees a series of exclusive benefits aimed at increasing our clients’ satisfaction.

One of the great advantages of this service is the continuous updating of software that allows automatic access to every update, whether they are the result of changes made by the government to tax regulations and other laws, or of new functions introduced to the products in the meantime, and which are intended to increase the productivity of companies using PRIMAVERA solutions.
 
Thanks to this service, companies can be sure that, regardless of their size, they will always be working with the latest version of the software, since new versions are made available as soon as updates to our products are released or changes to legislation come into force.
